It’s always a little tricky to find a good work holiday party dress.

You’re around your colleagues, so you don’t want to be too revealing. You want something festive. You don’t want to break the bank. You want something you’ll love and want to wear again.

I have two perfect options for you. First, I’m sharing the most BEAUTIFUL black lace dress for a fancier office holiday party. Obsessed doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about this dress. The lace is incredible and perfectly placed to flatter any body, the corset-like skirt squeezes everything in, but not in an uncomfortable ‘get-me-the-F-out-of-this’ way, and the delicate bow perfectly cinches the waist to create a beautiful hourglass figure. I would wear this to every party if I could. I instantly felt chic and gorgeous when I put it on…the diamonds didn’t hurt either.

Can you believe these diamonds?! Pieter Andries was kind enough to let me play with them for a few days. I also wore them to the Crystal Charity Ball this year, which was an insanely gorgeous event. When I went to pick them up, I also got a tour of his laboratory. All of his jewelry is made right here in Dallas (Southlake, technically) and it is truly an amazing process. He can even create a little wax figure of the piece so you can try it on and make sure you like it. SO cool.
